Material: Latex balloon in standard colors.

Local delivery is available for a fee. Installation is not included. Please make sure someone is available to receive the decorations upon delivery.

Cancellation:

A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on all canceled custom orders before manufacture.

It's non-returnable or refundable once your custom order has begun. After or during production, all custom orders cannot be modified.
