The decoration includes:
* 1x white arch backdrop (available in 6ft circle or 7ft arch)
* 1x name cut out
* balloon garland (custom color)
* Set up and take down are included. All items are rental only except for the balloons and name cut out.
* 1.5 hours of face painting and balloon twisiting. (1 face painter, 1 balloon twister.)
