🚚 Travel & Booking Policy

Mileage & Travel: Package price excludes travel. A separate mileage fee will be calculated and added to your quote based on your venue location.

Teardown Schedule: Standard teardown takes place immediately following after the party.

Next-day or late-night equipment retrievals may be subject to an additional off-hours fee.

Availability: Dates fill up fast! A retainer fee and signed contract are required to officially lock in your date on our calendar.

Booking & Deposit PolicyRetainer Fee: A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed digital contract are required to reserve your date and time slot.

Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full 24 hours before the event start time.

Rescheduling Limit: If you need to change your event date, you are allowed one (1) complimentary date transfer to a new available date within 6 months, provided you give us at least 14 days' notice.

Second Rebooking Fee: Any additional schedule changes after the first complimentary transfer will incur a $50 rebooking fee and are subject to calendar availability. If a suitable date cannot be found, the original deposit is forfeited.
