Maximum of three-person/pet for 11x14 inches

Maximum of four-person/pet for 14x17inches

Creation:

The manner and method of creating any Image is solely at the discretion of the Artist and the Client has no right to control the Artist’s manner and method of performance under this Agreement. The artist will use his/her best efforts to ensure that the Images conform to the Client’s reference photo and qualification. The artist will sign all artworks.

Cancellation:

A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on all canceled custom orders before manufacture.

It's non-returnable or refundable once your custom order has begun. After or during production, all custom orders cannot be modified.
