Payment, shipping, and returns
Payments: We accept Interact E-Transfer (EMT) or Paypal. For Etransfer payments, please place your order through our site and send the payments through your bank, add your order number and name in the "note" section. Partial payment is accepted for all custom orders. We also offer layaway options for larger purchases. For pick up: We don't have a physical store. Pick-up is by appointment only. Delivery: We currently deliver only in Airdrie. For custom orders: ALL SALES ARE FINAL No return or refund will be provided unless the item is not as described or damaged upon pickup or delivery.
Abandoned Orders Policy: Unclaimed orders will be disposed of after 6 months, regardless of purchase platform.
Who we are
We’re Mark and Glecylle (aka Love Love), a couple who found each other—and our shared passion for art—back in college. The name MarkusLovidoves is a blend of both our names, a little love story in itself.
Art has always been part of our lives since childhood, but what started as a simple hobby grew into something more meaningful. Through life’s ups and downs, crafting became our happy place, our outlet, and eventually, our small business.
Now, we pour our hearts into creating handcrafted pieces and custom art to bring smiles, color, and joy to others. We hope to keep growing, dreaming, and building a creative life that supports our little family—one craft at a time.
